It’s very simple to get started with Springbot. As part of your onboarding process with a dedicated Springbot Customer Success Manager, we ensure that all of your integrations (including your shopping cart, marketing tools and store data) are connected and working properly. Once you are up and running with Springbot, your account manager will to continue to guide your marketing efforts.
At Springbot, you’ll have a dedicated account manager who will walk you through installing Springbot to your eCommerce store and integrating and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook and more. He or she will also offer best practices and advice on how to get the most from your Springbot account. We have a Customer Knowledge Base so you can quickly and conveniently find answers to common questions you may have! Your Springbot Customer Success Manager is dedicated to helping you get the most out of our platform.
Springbot does not require a contract for our service and software so you are free to upgrade or cancel at any time. We do request that you provide a 30-day written cancellation notice and also please comply with our terms and conditions.
In addition to bringing all of your essential marketing channels (such as retargeting, email, and social) into one platform we give you the ability to automate and optimize your actions based on data-driven insights that are unique to our platform. We’ll show you what marketing is working and what you will want to refine through our revenue, conversion, product, channel, and ROI reports. All of this is designed to enhance the marketing actions you’re taking and guide you to better data-driven actions.
Yes, Springbot is integrated with Amazon and enables stores to seamlessly sell direct-to-consumer alongside their Amazon stores. Stores can match their stock against the same products in the Amazon catalog, compare listings, set competitive prices and list those products for sale.
Yes! Springbot offers a suite of automated marketing emails, such as Abandoned Cart, First Purchase, Post-Purchase and Win-back, that work behind the scenes to promote sales. Springbot also integrates with MailChimp and Constant Contact to provide advanced segmentation capabilities, analytics and reporting features for your newsletter campaigns.
Yes, an AdRoll campaign is included with the Springbot subscription. You can select from either a web campaign or a social campaign to re-target your site visitors as they go to other websites, Facebook or Instagram.
