As part of your onboarding process with a dedicated Springbot Customer Success Manager, we ensure that all of your integrations (including your shopping cart, marketing tools and store data) are connected and working properly. Once you are up and running with Springbot, your account manager will to continue to guide your marketing efforts.
At Springbot, you’ll have a dedicated account manager who will walk you through installing Springbot to your eCommerce store and integrating and marketing tools like Google Analytics, Facebook, and more. He or she will also offer best practices and advice on how to get the most from your Springbot account. We have a Customer Knowledge Base so you can quickly and conveniently find answers to common questions you may have! Yes, an AdRoll campaign is included with the Springbot subscription. You can select from either a web campaign or a social campaign to re-target your site visitors as they go to other websites, Facebook or Instagram.
