Springbot is seeking a Digital Analyst to join the marketing team one of the fastest growing and most innovative startups in Atlanta. This role will be the central business owner for the Springbot SaaS key measures of growth including customer acquisition model, leveraging business intelligence data for thought leadership and managing the company CRM ecosystem.  This role will also be responsible for all aspects of performance benchmarks as well as managing the tools to ensure activity is tracked and measurable for a high growth SaaS business.  The successful candidate is highly analytic, digitally skilled, customer focused, results-driven and highly inquisitive about data.

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Aggregate, analyze, evaluate and report on performance metrics (including cost and lead results) from integrated digital marketing campaigns
  • Make recommendations on marketing lead gen activities to guide improvements, make corrections if needed and optimize relationship with
  • Create data-driven forecast models with monthly targets by channel and track performance of channels and monthly goal attainment
  • Create dashboard reports in CRM to provide team level visibility on performance
  • Leverage and customize digital tools to accomplish campaign and customer retention objectives and tactics
  • Work closely with content, branding, marketing communications, sales and coaching to help drive visibility and support on departmental KPIs
  • Develop pricing and promotional models to support growth plans

Skills

  • A sense of energy and passion about our products, customers, industry and team
  • Excellent communication skills, i.e. written and verbal, to develop a wide-range of materials; and ability to interact effectively with different constituents, i.e. sales, engineers, investors, media
  • Experience in agile product development process
  • Digitally savvy and interested in digital marketing industry and technologies, i.e. latest Pinterest advancement
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to manage and lead directly or indirect resources to meet business objectives
  • Experienced working with wide-range of digital technology partners.
  • Highly organized and prepared

Requirements 

  • College degree with a concentration in finance, business or marketing preferred
  • Prior experience working within or for a SaaS business and digital marketing model
  • Excellent Excel skills; experience using digital marketing tools like Salesforce, Pardot, Google Analytics for data, reporting and dashboards
  • At least 4 years hands-on digital marketing experience (e.g., Google Analytics, AdWords)
  • Job will be 50% lead gen and 50% analytics
