eCommerce Marketing Platform now offers Analytics-Driven Product Recommendations, On-site Data Capture Functionality
ATLANTA–March 28, 2017–Eighty percent of marketers say email is core to their businesses, according to Salesforce. Springbot’s new Product Recommendations feature combines the platform’s existing email automation solution and its analytics engine to deliver data-driven product recommendations to eCommerce shoppers. The automated feature for triggered emails recommends products based on modeling a merchants purchase data combined with what a consumer browses or purchases.
This functionality was designed to enhance the platform’s existing set of email capabilities that empowers eCommerce retailers to efficiently drive revenue. According to DMA, triggered emails generate more than 75 percent of email revenue over one-size-fits-all marketing newsletters or campaigns. Furthermore, Experian indicates that personalized emails deliver a 6x higher conversion rate.
Springbot is also demonstrating two additional features at Magento Imagine:
- Onsite email capture, which enables eCommerce retailers to convert anonymous site traffic into email subscribers via advanced signup; and
- Advanced segmentation and performance reporting functionality which allows for personalized email.
Springbot also is offering a new email campaign creation service. The service helps eCommerce retailers customize pre-populated templates, develop a messaging calendar, report on results and provide strategic recommendations.
