Rebel Off Road already had a strong presence in the off-roading community with their brick-and-mortar shop in Laguna Hills, CA. Owner Bond Gilmer saw the opportunities available by expanding further into the eCommerce arena, and putting a strong focus on increasing revenue from the Rebel Off Road website. However, the team felt limited by their ESP Constant Contact.

The Solution.
Popup, automations, email campaigns, Adroll retargeting and prospecting and Google ads. After working out a multichannel marketing strategy with their account manager, Rebel Off Road got to work leveraging the Springbot platform to increase the impact of their online store. Using a signup form to gain new subscribers, they stayed timely in the inbox through a combination of email automations and campaigns. Additionally, they drove traffic using prospecting and Google ads, as well as retargeting ads to rope in online window shoppers.
The Results.
2020 was officially Rebel Off Road’s best year to date. From start to finish, the ROR team saw an increase in total sales, and got the results they were hoping for specifically: increased revenue from their website.
